http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1128724&uid= From: Kiran Terve, Techstar Group [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Sr. Release Manager Healthcare client based out of Dayton OH Any visa 10 months Remote Core skills needed Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience as an IT professional is required Minimum of 10 years of experience with the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile Methodologies Minimum of 10 years of experience with Release Management Methodologies is required Experience with Automation is preferred Experience in the healthcare payer industry and knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare is preferred Competencies, Knowledge and Skills: Solid understanding of Release Management practices, techniques and tools, development lifecycle within Agile framework Solid understanding of Release pipelines and automation best practices Ability to lead, plan and track all phases of the release lifecycle and interact with all levels Ability to quickly identify and drive to the optimal solution when presented with a series of constraints Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills Excellent planning, negotiating, and influencing skillset Good to have SAFe Certification preferred Working Conditions Customer service oriented Licensure and Certification: Responsibilities for release manager -The Release Manager is responsible for ensuring all changes delivered to user maintain the integrity and availability of the existing systems. -Accountable for managing the enterprise Release Management lifecycle to implement and maintain new features and capabilities while continuously improving the quality of our technical products and services -Collaborate with Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, QA and UAT Test Leads, Development leads, and IT project managers to plan, implement, test, and deploy new features and capabilities -Establish, plan, build, and maintain enterprise release calendar for all core services and ensure alignment across key partners and vendors -Develop and execute environment management plans to protect non-production and production environments -Lead Release Sync meetings -Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality -Communicate all key release details, plans, commitments, and changes to Business and IT leaders as required -Measure and monitor progress to ensure releases meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget; produce performance metrics reporting -Maintain appropriate controls and documentation to ensure compliance with all company and regulatory requirements -Drive production stability, performance, and automation -Develop tools and other resources to aid in streamlining our Release processes -Develop and execute communication plans for new or changed Release management processes, train users -Identify and lead continuous improvement and maturity activities in all areas of the release lifecycle; facilitate RM Center of Excellence -Participate in a weekly on-call rotation for afterhours support Keywords: quality analyst information technology Ohio http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1128724&uid= |
