This classification must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design. Skills Preferred Expert in leading ongoing reviews of business processes and supporting the development of optimization strategies Strong knowledge and experience with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies, Continual Service Improvement (CSI), Total Quality Management (TQM), Business Process Management (BPM), and other relevant methodologies. Strong skill in gathering complex requirements, documenting, and managing requirements from stakeholders. Ability to analyze business processes and interpret them into process maps to drive an IT-driven solution Ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and implement effective strategies, Strong skills using Visio to map out business processes (evidence required) Seasoned PowerPoint and graphic arts projects and materials creator skills Solid ITIL knowledge or ITIL-certified Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Strong knowledge of project management principles and the ability to contribute to project planning and execution. Adept with communicating across the entire organization in a professional manner Deft at communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Knowledge of KAIZEN and its five core 5 principles Experience documenting and communicating project status related to IT projects. Two years of experience using Lean Six Sigma to improve business processes with the outcome of faster lead times and cycle times. Two years of experience producing value stream mappings. Three years of experience developing swim lane diagrams and process flow diagrams of current state and to be business processes. Two years of experience within the last three years completing multiple complex Business Requirements documents Two years experience within the last three years, acting as a subject matter expert for ITSM/Enterprise Service Management projects Two years of experience within the last three years, of documented experience with evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing process improvement flows There years of experience developing business requirements documents (BRD) and business process documentation. Four years experience within the last five years, conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings with a full range of stakeholders, customers, and executive management Two years experience within the last three years, of demonstrable understanding of Process Improvement (CSI) Two years experience within the last three years, using Visio to lean out business processes (evidence required) Two years experience within the last three years, gathering critical information from various stakeholder meetings and producing effective agendas, minutes, and reports Two years experience within the last three years, translating business requirements into information systems requirements that lead to final product design requirements Two years experience within the last three years, working at an organization with large, diverse service offerings and an understanding of the Service Two years experience within the last three years, of documented experience working with Service Management solutions One year of experience implementing KAIZEN methodology and its five core 5 principles Education Required This classification must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. Education Preferred Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems or related field; completion of industry-specific IT training programs; or years of experience in IT roles, such as software development, business analyst, or project management.
