Leveraging your extensive background in Project Management, you will lead and coordinate all IT-related aspects of M&A transactions, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with our organizational objectives. You may own a specific sub-set of projects within an M&A events integration program, and also will be supporting the IT organization overall in overseeing and reporting on the status of all projects in the program. Key Responsibilities: Project Execution and Management: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including tasks, dependencies, and resource allocation. Oversee day-to-day activities related to IT integration, including system migrations, data transfers, and process harmonization. Monitor project progress and address any deviations from the plan. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key liaison between the IT department, executive leadership, and external stakeholders during M&A activities. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies. Change Management and Adoption: Develop change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions for employees and stakeholders. Implement training programs and support resources to facilitate adoption of new systems and processes. Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks associated with IT integration activities. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard critical operations. Specific project assignments may include: Employee onboarding Employee tools migrations Customer Service & CRM Migrations Finance Technology Migrations Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field PMP Preferred Proven experience in Project Management, with a focus on IT M&A or large-scale technology integration projects Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and systems architecture Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in project management tools and software Keywords: information technology Massachusetts |
