Knowledge in non-EDI integration, such as XML, flat file, web services, etc. Strong knowledge of communication protocols, such as FTP, SFTP, AS2 Strong organizational skills Strong communication skills stakeholder management Nice to Have Skills: Experience in Oracle PL/SQL EDI related flow knowledge in ERP's like SAP, Oracle. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to present technical solutions and communicate with leadership and varied stakeholders. Problem solving - Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions, look beyond the obvious and doesn't stop at the first answers. Good debugging skills to investigate critical UAT / production issues reported. Ability to mentor / guide junior resources whenever required Good learning agility to learn new technical skills as per the need of the hour Innovative mindset Should be able to work independently with tight deadlines Leadership skills for Individual contributors.
