Position: Data Program Manager Location: Bethesda, MD (DAYONE OSNITE) Duration: 6+ Months JOB DESCRIPTION: 14 to 18 years of demonstrated hands-on experience in Data Engineering and Technical delivery And Program Management with experience in managing Data & SnowFlake projects Should have strong knowledge and experience in managing the Both T&M and Fixed price project. Should have experience in managing minimum of 3-5Mn project. Program management experience in BI reporting, Big Data , Cloud Snowflake , Spark/Pyspark, Hadoop, NiFi, Kafka, Airflow : preferred Should have worked on Agile/Scrum project and well versed with all scrum practices/ceremonies. Scrum certification is added advantage. Should have a good knowledge on Jira usage & dashboard. Sound Project Management Experience and strong in Planning Scheduling and Tracking Cost Estimation and managing the budget. Onsite work experience and managing the stakeholders. Experience in multi-vendor project execution. Reporting and tracking the project progress. Proactive in identifying and tracking the dependencies. Good People Management Skills Responsibilities: Planning and tracking the project level effort, budget and cost. Supporting the offshore team and ensure clear communication channels are established between onsite & offshore. Reporting senior management periodically on the portfolio updates Must have experience of collaborating with the entirely different teams. Demonstrating good leadership skills Should have very good decision-making skills on various aspects of the project/program. Foster an environment of high communication, collaboration and accountability. Work with the customer Business and IT team in identifying the roadmap and circle back the requirements with offshore delivery team. Work closely with offshore delivery team and anchor the planning, scheduling and coordination with multiple vendors. Coordinate between Customer and delivery team (Onsite and Offshore) and should be able to track the dependencies with various stakeholders. Publish periodic reports to all the stakeholders with project health and proactively highlight the dependencies.
