Position: Power Platform Lead Developer Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Job Description: Design and develop custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform components. Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and project managers to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into functional designs and technical specifications. Develop and maintain data models, integration strategies, and API connections to enable seamless connectivity with various data sources. Implement best practices in application architecture, security, and performance to ensure high quality, reliable, and scalable solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members, including debugging, troubleshooting, and deployment assistance. Continuously stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to the Microsoft Power Platform to drive innovation and enhance solution offerings. Develop documentation, user guides, and training materials to support end-users and ensure smooth adoption of custom applications. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure thorough testing and validation of solutions before deployment. Requirements: Extensive experience working with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and associated Power Platform tools. Strong knowledge of Common Data Service (CDS), Azure AD, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, and other relevant Microsoft technologies. Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, HTML, and CSS. Proven track record of delivering complex, high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified, Power Platform Solution Architect Expert. Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate, or similar are highly desirable.
