Implemented performance-enhancing strategies for virtual desktop environments focusing on high availability, disaster recovery, service health and user experience. Partnered with third-party service providers, to integrate their offerings and develop strategy and solutions based on requirements. Streamlined operational support tasks, empowering engineers to focus on innovation than maintenance tasks.
