Three years of experience working with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure. Two years of experience with cloud computing technologies. Two years of experience deploying and operating Mobile Device Management (MDM) devices. Five years of experience with software packaging and release management methodologies. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES: SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified Integrate Knox Mobile Enrollment services with the Departments Microsoft Endpoint Manager (fka InTune.) Configure and automate enrollment process for Department owned Android devices as directed by the Department. Identify and remediate vulnerabilities in the Departments mobile device environment controlled by Microsofts Endpoint Manager. Video Direct Observation Therapy (VDOT) mobile device kiosk creation as directed by the Department. Manage SCCM Patching. Confirm Microsoft & 3rd party apps are downloaded and deployed to the Agency Distribution Point Assist in Operating System management in the Departments Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Assist the Departments Enterprise Team in managing Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM or MECM) Assist Agency System Admins with technical support requests.
