Job Title: Conversion QA Lead Location: San Antonio, TX -Day 1 onsite || Local only hire Type: C2H Mandatory required skills: Conversion testing, Functional testing Rate: 50 c2c Job Description: 1. 10+ years of experience in Functional and Conversion Testing(Data Migration from Legacy systems to new modernized platforms, preferably from legacy to Guidewire platform) 2. Developing conversion test strategies/designs for cutover, including, historical data conversion, open transaction conversion, order of conversions ,pre-requisites for each data conversion, etc. 3. Should have strong knowledge on ETL Jobs and Control M Jobs 4. Should have experience in sql queries and also handling data validations in bulk and in micro level. 5. Should have experience in performing flat file validations, DB Validations and loading the migrated data on target applications UI and validating UI flows on migrated data. 6. Very Strong analytical knowledge and should have a versatile skills on multiple testing tools and frameworks. 7. Very Strong on Testing Fundamentals (Test Processes, Defect Process, Testing LIfecycle) 8. Strong Customer Handling Skills 9. Should have had the experience on onshore and offshore models 10. Solid Team Handling abilities 11. Strong experience in performing Automated Data Validations using tools and techniques 12. Strong ability to identify technical risks and take corrective measures to overcome technical setbacks and roadblocks well ahead.
