MBRDNAs Autonomous Driving team is responsible for developing and implementing the next generation of autonomous driving systems together with US-based partners (Luminar, NVIDIA, etc.) and colleagues in Germany. Systems include hardware and software. The Vehicle Program team is responsible for working cross-functionally to ensure that project deliverables are met on-time, to budget and to a very high-quality standard. The purpose of this position will drive the reporting and keep all relevant project stakeholders of operational milestones as well as support all relevant operational processes. Key Tasks & Responsibilities Work cross functionally to ensure delivery deadlines are met. Manage multiple projects and ensure priorities are aligned. Identify risks and develop risk mitigation plans. Track operational KPIs and report out to all relevant stakeholders. Coordinate with all relevant operational teams to ensures metrics are in line with project milestones. Lead internal document management system for project operational processes, ensure roles and responsibilities are known and understood by all stakeholders. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to scope, design, pilot, deploy and communicate process updates and improvements. Support program management and ad hock operations for the project from time to time as needed. Required Qualifications Minimum level of education required and required field of study: Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, or other Technical Discipline Minimum skills required: Project/Program Management Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills are a must, ability to create visualizations of KPIs and program risks Experienced with tools & processes required to manage complex projects (i.e. Gantt charts, risk matrix, Smartsheet, JIRA, etc.) Will accept equivalent work experience in lieu of formal education. No Minimum years of experience required (Non-exempt positions only): 3 years Combination of Degree and Years of experience acceptable (minimum): Bachelors + 3 yrs / Masters + 1 yrs Is driving a vehicle required for this position: Yes Physical requirements of this position: Working on a computer for long periods of time Ability to access inside/outside of vehicles and tight spaces Preferred Qualifications: Project Management Certifications (PMP, CAPM etc.) Qualifications Summary (Required and Preferred): Engineering background is ideal but not required Built out roadmaps and oversees project until completion Worked on budget to delivery - End to End Conducts quality assurance, KPIs, etc. Experience coordinating across time zones is a plus PMP required 3 years of PM experience TPM and PM titles are good AV/ Tech company backgrounds is ideal A Traditional Automotive background would be a mid-tier candidate Bigger company names over smaller companies - Environment Is most important Knowing German is a plus, but not required Interview Process: Three 45 minutes interviews First two are virtual Final interview is in person There will be two interviewers per Interview session involving Daniel, Nic, Anthony and potentially Vijay and Sundar, etc. 24-48 hours turnaround time to conduct the next interview for Top Tier candidates - May keep mid-tier candidates on hold or move them through the process at a slower pace. Daniel will provide the interviewers' availability **High Priority meetings can randomly pop up on that day causing interviewer changes and/or reschedule. They can pop up with 0-day notice.
