Testing functional coordinators ensure that each individual piece of a product works as intended before its integrated into the final deliverables. This may deliver test scripts, working with stakeholders to train and deliver test scripts, functional testing, quality assurance testing, beta testing, and other forms of testing to ensure that everything works together seamlessly when the solution is complete. Functional Job Description: Leading or participating in the development of all test items or other materials used in testing. Coordinating with other members of the testing team, including test designers and test developers Overseeing the administration of tests to ensure that they are administered correctly. Hands on execution of test plans and scripts across a large applications portfolio and large business intelligence reports portfolio Keeping track of test scores and reporting them to managers as needed Working with clients to design tests scripts that meet their specific needs. Participating in the creation of test plans, schedules, and protocols for testing events Resolving problems that may occur during testing procedures.
