Role: Oracle PPM Functional Consultant Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months Interview: Video/ Phone Need LinkedIn profile link Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud PPM Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Cloud PPM solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet their needs. Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to project portfolio management. Design and configure Oracle Cloud PPM applications to meet client needs, including setup, configuration, and customization of modules such as project planning, resource management, financial management, and collaboration. Lead workshops and meetings with clients to demonstrate Oracle Cloud PPM functionality and gather feedback. Develop and maintain documentation related to solution design, configuration, and user training materials. Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, including data migration, testing, and end-user training. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Cloud PPM functionality, configuration, and integration with other systems. Stay current with Oracle Cloud PPM product updates and enhancements, and assess their impact on existing implementations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience implementing and configuring Oracle Cloud PPM applications. Strong understanding of project management processes and methodologies, including project planning, resource management, budgeting, and forecasting. Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud PPM modules, including Project Financial Management, Project Resource Management, and Project Collaboration. Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies, such as Oracle Unified Method (OUM) or Oracle Cloud Implementation Framework (OCIF). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels of the organization.
