Experience of managing project budget, financial tracking, P&L. Regular PM will not work. JD Used: The Technical Program Manager will perform the following activities, including (but not limited to): Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders Ability to balance a program workload and staffing according to project/program and organizational priorities and goals Developing complete & thorough project plan and associated communication documents Effectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner Experience with ERP / third party systems program management with SDLC experience. Identifying and mitigating risks to the project and communicate risks to stakeholders Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills Strong program management fundamentals on technical cross-functional projects Excellent leadership, people and communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups Experience in managing Integration Projects where middleware tools like Dell Boomi, Data Bridge , Muelsoft etc are involved.
