Hands-on experience with NetSuite. Proven track record in Full Life-cycle implementations. Strong comprehension of business processes within financial domains. Proficiency in Accounting & Finance, particularly within the NetSuite environment. Familiarity with NetSuite Financial Reporting. Experience with mapping out process flows. Enthusiastic about tackling complex challenges. Ability to mentor and guide team members as necessary, ensuring project success. Exceptional proactive communication skills. Available to work 20 hours per week. Responsibilities: Lead the finance track for new NetSuite implementations. Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Cash Management. Conduct Solution Design activities. Manage application configurations. Collaborate with offshore technical teams to address any gaps or interfaces. Work with business stakeholders on data templates for conversions. Flexibility to travel onsite for three days per month (mid-west region). Lead testing milestones such as CRP, SIT, and UAT. Provide support for end-user training and documentation.
