The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MuleSoft integration platform and a proven track record of successfully leading and managing MuleSoft projects from inception to completion. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of MuleSoft technologies and best practices. Responsibilities * Lead and manage MuleSoft integration projects, including project planning, resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, testers, and business analysts, to define project requirements and deliverables. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to MuleSoft best practices and standards. * Drive the implementation of MuleSoft integration solutions, including API design, development, deployment, and maintenance. * Manage client relationships and expectations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client requirements. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, driving continuous improvement initiatives within the MuleSoft delivery team. * Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in MuleSoft and integration technologies, and provide recommendations for adoption as appropriate. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. * MuleSoft certification(s) such as MuleSoft Certified Developer or MuleSoft Certified Architect highly desirable. * Minimum of 8 years of experience working with MuleSoft integration platform, including hands-on experience with Anypoint Platform, Mule ESB, API-led connectivity, and other MuleSoft products. * Proven experience leading and managing MuleSoft integration projects, including project planning, execution, and delivery. * Experience in Project end-to-end deployment experience in highly complex environment. * Strong understanding of integration patterns, RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, messaging systems, and other integration technologies. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and develop practical solutions. * Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology. * Need to be visionary, proactive with good analytics and risk management. skills. * Ability to travel to client sites as needed. .
