Experience in creating project plan to level 4 and define each of the WBS element Should be aware of the essential inputs to construct project plan Ability to track and monitor the status, follow up with all the stake holders in their respective deliverables Should be able to co-ordinate with multiple teams beyond Capgemini like the deployment team, data team, Honeywell IT and Business Should be able to manage the development process to ensure timely readiness. Able to define the MOS or the rhythm that needs to be put in place to monitor the progress Knowledge in Microsoft project will be an added advantage Should be able to plan and run various workshop session involving Project team, Honeywell IT and Business stakeholders (like preparing the agenda, driving the workshop sessions etc) MS Project plan expertise Working with geographically diverse teams Experience of working with PM experience on client site (may be in India) but would highlight the relevant client leadership capabilities Excellent Communication. Should be able to clearly articulate and communicate with internal as well as external stakeholders Should be experienced in creating the weekly status report and present it to senior leadership team at the customer end (Senior Director and VP) Understanding of typical cost structure of Project budget Understanding of project margin and looking for opportunities on margin improvement Project Budgeting: SOW, Capex vs Opex, Plan vs Actual Thanks Naveen Varma [email protected] United Software Group Inc..
