Job Description : KEY RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES Partner with the DesignOps team to create new Design System components. Daily you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital Design, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and others. Collaborate with our Research team to evaluate design solutions and measure product goals and outcomes. MUST HAVE SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Skilled in Design Systems, both their use, and the process to create and modify components. Proficiency in rapid, iterative research, design, and development processes. Comprehensive knowledge for best practices in Experience Design principles for mobile apps. Software Development Lifecycle Savvy, with deep experience working with Product and Engineering teams, during the Discovery and Design phases before development, providing engineering support and design reviews during development, and evaluating the product functionality, metrics, and opportunities after development and deployment. You are a natural collaborator, actively seeking out information and partnerships, you can navigate competing priorities, negotiate decisions, and advocate for what is right. A minimum of 5 years in product design, mobile app design, or some other related UX/UI role. ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS We love a secret superpower.
