Perform regular system maintenance tasks such as patching, upgrades, and monitoring system performance. Ensure proper setup of users, security, roles, and access controls within the system. Support communication with Oracle through SR process as needed. End User Support: Provide L2 support regarding system functionality, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements for any new or enhanced business requirements. Support end user training, as needed, and create / maintain documentation to educate users on how to effectively use the Oracle EPM Cloud platform. Monitoring System & Data Integrations (Stretch Responsibilities): Monitor and maintain integrations and batch jobs to ensure seamless data flow into and out of the Oracle EPM Cloud platform in alignment with production business processes. Adhere to the standardized data integration processes, data mappings, and data transformation routines to support business needs.
