Demonstrated project management, business analysis, and problem-solving skills, Solution and Process Design, Configure, deploy, and administer the Gainsight platform (system configuration, reports, dashboards, end-to-end workflows, systems integrations, Design workflows and implement automated processes to support scalability, streamline customer success operations (onboarding, renewals, campaigns) and manage the correct rollout.
