Develops the most complex and business critical software solutions, utilizing appropriate software engineering processes either individually or as part of a project team. May also assist in solution design. Primarily expertise in Oracle and Oracle PL-SQL. Must Have: - 8+ years of experience in Oracle database development and design, proficient in Oracle PL/SQL and have experience building both OLTP and Warehousing applications in Oracle. - Advanced skills in data analysis, design, integration, and development. - Skilled in Performance tuning - Basic database administration knowledge. - Proficient in using roles and privileges to restrict access to DB objects. - Good knowledge of Oracle commands such as SQL PLUS and SQL Loader - Ability to Trouble Shoot queries/stored procedures/triggers. - Knowledge of AQ is a plus. - 3+ years of working in a Unix/Linux environment including basic scripting. - Experience in Python scripting is a big plus - Core Java knowledge is desirable. - Experience with other financial services clients preferred.
