Understanding of complex business scenarios Technical hands-on experience with SQL, SDLC tools (Jira), Confluence, SharePoint and release process. Working Independently with stakeholders and managing technical and functional requirements Ability to work collaboratively with cross teams and knowledge on project transition work. Ability to participate in production support activities (monitoring, response, coordination and resolution), particularly during local work hours. Additional skills/experience (Nice to have) Worked in Global Fixed Income Markets with an understanding of various asset classes including Treasury, Government and Corporate Bonds, MBS/ABS (US Market), CDO, Whole loan, and various Derivatives (options, forwards, futures, swaps, warrants, etc.). Understanding of complex business scenarios Trade flow Domain skills (team-level requirements) Investment Operations: Work experience in Back-Office Operations including Trade Confirmations, Clearing & Settlement, Cash management systems, Fund accounting and reconciliations. Experience with various business processes across fixed income, equity, mutual funds, bank loans and derivatives (futures, options, swaps, FX forwards, etc.). Experience working in back-office systems, particularly Eagle Investment System (Eagle PACE), FIS InvestOne, Smartstream TLM, and Omgeo a plus. Collateral Management: working experience with Cleared Derivatives Margin (Exchange Traded and OTC), and Bi-lateral Collateral Workflows Regulatory reporting: working experience in trade repository like DTCC and Unavista. Experience and understanding of various regulatory regimes/requirements including MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR, DFA, ASIC, MAS reporting. Trading: Work Experience in Trading application - trade entry, allocation, and blotter functionality to portfolio managers and a good understanding of Pre- and Post-Trade compliance and Rules creation. Understanding of trade life cycle and portfolio management basics. Experience working with electronic trading systems including Bloomberg trading, Market Axess, Rediplus, and Tradeweb. Risk: Good Understanding of Risk Management and worked in Risk system on Stress test, VAR calculation, Monte Carlo simulation Performance (Investment Operations): Worked on Fund Performance calculation system, Pricing and Valuation, Tax lot calculation at portfolio level Enterprise Data: understanding of Security, Pricing, Ratings, Benchmarks, Positions, lots, trades, risk measures, client data and vendor data feed sourcing. Experience working on EDM systems such as HIS Markits EDM.
