Job Description: Seeking a skilled and IT infrastructure business analyst. Candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business objectives and product/tools capabilities within an organization. Their primary responsibility is to analyze, understand, and document business processes, systems, and requirements to facilitate the successful execution of projects and initiatives, focus on projects related to process improvement, system implementation, software development, and other organizational changes. Working Experience in below areas Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst with a focus on infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, and storage, compute, Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and functionality A fundamental understanding and experience using ITSM, ITIL, ITOM, CMDB principles. ITIL v3 Certification preferred. At least two years experience formulating technical requirements based on customers needs. Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle Ability to create and manage short and long-range schedules for software releases. Effective written and oral communication skills Ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
