Communicate effectively with high-level customers, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. Mentor teams, explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences. Manage project lifecycle from requirements gathering to post go-live activities. Create comprehensive technical design documents and oversee project work streams. Utilize expertise in EBS WRICE components and technical tools, including SQL, PLSQL, Unix scripting, OAF, and XML Publisher. Requirements: 10+ years of Oracle EBS Financial experience. Preferably, background experience in the Healthcare industry. Proven track record as a Techno-Functional Lead. Strong communication and troubleshooting skills. Ability to lead project work streams and prioritize multiple deliverables. Proficiency in creating technical design documents. Technical expertise in EBS WRICE components and tools such as SQL, PLSQL, Unix scripting, OAF, and XML Publisher.
