If you are self-motivated, can meet and exceed expectations with limited supervision, have experience leading large complex projects, enjoy mentoring less experienced developers, and like hands on leadership, then this opportunity may be for you. Define and develop new system technologies Work with ASP.NET with web forms and MVC, C#, standard web tools (bootstrap, jQuery, JavaScript), Web Service development, SQL Server (stored procedures and database object maintenance), IIS Perform maintenance and support on existing software systems Gather and interpret system requirements Write technical documentation Make independent development, architectural, and systems decisions Develop coding standards Develop technical requirements Review work of less experienced developers Exercise independent judgment Develop and implement solutions for complex system and architectural issues Resolve most complex technical issues, conferring with management when necessary Determine technical direction for IT projects Serve as resource to others in issue resolution Must also demonstrate: Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies as needed Job Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience developing in a retail electricity environment. Minimum 10 years experience in software development with degree from technical/vocational school or equivalent.
