Highly tuned emotional intelligence, good listener, and deep seated empathy for teams, partners, and direct reports Primary Responsibilities Drive the definition, design and operationalization of data products that maximize leverage for the business and serve the needs of your internal and external customers Own and prioritize the long-term (12-18mo) month roadmap for your product(s), working with a cross-functional stakeholder group balancing priorities based on impact and risk to drive winning customer outcomes.
