The QA Test Lead will also ensure that implementation quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved. Minimum 5+ years of QA Testing experience. Hands-on testing experience within Pega 8.x platform(s). Demonstrates CDH application to client, as needed. Leads business users through CDH user acceptance testing. Works collaboratively with Lead Decision Architects, Lead System Architects and Business Architect to monitor and close defects. Strong understanding of Agile principles Experience with Test Management tools -- Rational Tool suite, JIRA Hands-on experience using Selenium, Java, and JavaScript Experience testing APIs and data integrations Experience working in onshore/offshore support model collaborating work with offshore teams.
