Conduct product backlog refinement sessions, produce and prioritize backlog for development and estimation. Build consensus among stakeholders and partner with engineers and designers to deliver high quality experiences. Provide clear vision and documentation through use cases, product requirements and high-level wire frames to support UX design, tech development and operations support. Serve as escalation point for client issues that require product change resolution. Provide directions for testing of new functionalities. Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, decomposing high-level information and complex problems into simple, straightforward solutions and presenting recommended solutions to all levels of the organization. Perform analyses and execute testing of REST web services to verify that the services RESTful API meet the acceptance criteria defined in the user stories. Document both functional and technical documentations: business requirement documents, functional requirement documents, use cases, traceability matrixes, test cases, API specs and technical design documents. Monitor the execution of project plans and record the deviation in time or scope.
