Thirteen years of experience in change management best practices, serving in a code promotion role in partnership with development team. Thirteen years of experience with the development of web-based applications using Microsoft ASP.NET, Visual C Sharp (C#) or Visual Basic, Visual Studio 2010-12, and the Microsoft MVC framework. Thirteen years of experience with the development of reports using Crystal Reports and maintenance of enterprise report using the Crystal Reports Enterprise Server. Thirteen years of experience with the development of databases, tables, views, and stored procedures using Microsoft SQL Server. Ten years of experience with the development of reports using MS SQL Server reporting Services (MSSSRS) and maintenance of enterprise reports using MSSSRS. Eight years of experience as an MS SQL administrator inclusive of data design/modeling, monitoring, and performance tuning. Ten years of experience with MS SQL products inclusive of MS SQL 2016. Ten years of experience with SQL Programming inclusive of stored procedures, functions, triggers, DTS packages, scheduled jobs, and linked servers. Eight years of experience with SQL relational databases, OLTP and DSS, serving in high performance, service-oriented, multi-tiered environments. Eleven years of experience managing and allocating resources and monitoring and tracking the progress of tasks. Eleven years of experience creating and maintaining project plans and communicating updates to stakeholders. Eleven years of experience scheduling, planning, organizing and prioritizing tasks for successful completion the projects. Responsibilities Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified: Project planning, organization, and implementation, work breakdown structures, scheduling, and control on a weekly basis as assigned by the Department. Project control processes, procedures, and change control on a weekly basis as assigned by the Department. Issue tracking and reporting daily as assigned by the Department. Acquisition planning and management monthly as assigned by the Department. Communicate with management and project teams to ensure status of deliverables is clearly understood and risks and issues known daily as requested by the Department. Design, develop, and code based on business requirements for the Departments Disease Control Health Prevention Master Person Index project as part of the overall strategic effort for integration and interoperability of its systems and software daily as directed by the Department. Work in collaboration with the Departments information technology teams as requested. Work with DCHP resources to standardize collection and storage of Departments Disease Control Health Prevention shared data daily as directed by the Department.
