Required 5 Years -Proficient understanding of file transfer protocols and encryption standards, including FTPS, SFTP, HTTPS, PGP, and AES. Required 5 Years -Demonstrated excellence in troubleshooting, capable of identifying and resolving technical issues associated with any managed file transfer system. Required 5 Years -Creation and execution of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts Required 5 Years -Thorough doc of test results, defects, & encountered issues during testing, w/focus on close collaboration w/development teams to prioritize & resolve Required 5 Years -Exp with collaborating effectively with trading partners, developers, and internal teams to address issues/defects and ensure smooth integration Required 5 Years -Demonstrated ability to thrive in a cross-functional team setting Required 5 Years -Clear and concise communication skills in conveying technical concepts Required 5 Years -Exceptional attention to detail and adeptness at prioritizing tasks within a fast-paced environment Desired 3 Years -Sound understanding and practical application of setting up Interfaces using any Manager File Transfer system.
