The engagement may be extended from July 11, 2024\\through June 30, 2025 Complete Description The candidate will be supporting The Ohio Department of Transportations (ODOT) Information Technology ServiceNow Delivery Team and SPECIFICALLY, THE SERVICENOW PRODUCT. This position will function as a skilled ServiceNow Developer within the Department of Information Technology. Potential projects include: Enhancement & maintenance of existing custom solutions Solutions development in the ServiceNow platform Service Catalog item development Experience Required Ability to design and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform that satisfy business requirements communicated in writing and/or verbally Ability to troubleshoot/debug issues in existing applications. Ability to troubleshoot/debug platform issues using the System Logs and/or debugging tools. Ability to use various browser-based debugging tools (ex: Chrome, IE, Firefox) Ability to conduct demos with client stakeholders and elicit feedback. Ability to work in an Agile project management environment. Required Skills: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer 3+ years ServiceNow Client and Server JavaScript coding experience (Ex: Catalog Client Script, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes, UI Pages, JellyScripts, etc.) 3+ years ServiceNow Client and Server Scripting APIs (Ex: GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord, GlideAjax, etc.) 3+ years experience building custom workflows. 3+ years experience building custom UI pages using HTML/CSS/AJAX 3+ years HTML/CSS/AJAX development experience 3+ years role/group-based ACLs configuration and debugging.
