Engage in general involvement and management in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including planning, design, development, testing, releases, and support. Ability to handle 2 or more projects at the same time. Demonstrate ability to work well with different business users and stakeholder groups. Gathering business requirements and writing functional specification documents. Enhance project briefs into detailed specifications and success criteria for the design and development teams. Data mapping skills, Gap/Comparative analysis, Report analysis JIRA and Power BI knowledge is mandatory. Self-motivated & energetic and display good communication skills. Deep knowledge of PM tools Ability to coordinate with onshore/offshore developers. Establish best practices for efficient team meetings. Review allocations and work capacities while collaborating with other team leads in development to create detailed project plans from the estimated work scope. Establish and maintain expectations, timelines, and deadlines for Projects/Epics Identify and resolve impediments to ensure the entire Product team is performing efficiently and cohesively while staying on deadline. Generate monthly and as-needed usage reports, bug reports and other statistics for applications on a monthly and as-needed basis.
