Implemented SBX from scratch or worked on migration from Saba Enterprise to SBX (Saba Cloud) Experience with micro services & SBX API Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical customers. Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to a proactive review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery, and support SABA Cloud Consultant. Ideal candidate would be someone who has worked on a migration from SABAs enterprise version to its cloud version.
