Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Dynatrace monitoring solutions across the organization. Develop and execute strategies for capacity planning, performance optimization, and proactive issue resolution. Configure, deploy, and maintain Dynatrace monitoring solutions to ensure optimal performance of applications and infrastructure. Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to understand performance monitoring, gather requirements, and ensure comprehensive coverage of monitoring requirements are implemented tailored to business needs. Implement best practices for Dynatrace monitoring, alerting, and reporting to support a proactive approach to system health. Qualifications: 10+ Years in IT Industry at least 5+ years experience in working on Dynatrace Administration. Hands-on experience on Dynatrace, Splunk and good knowledge on any other monitoring tools. Proven experience as a Dynatrace Administrator in enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of Dynatrace features, configurations, and troubleshooting techniques. Experience with integration of Dynatrace with other monitoring tools. Knowledge of application performance tuning and optimization. Experience in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Other monitoring tools etc. Flexible with working hours based on the service requirement. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks. Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
