A great Analyst is a problem solver who can translate data insights into actionable recommendations that drive business growth and ROI.Roles & Responsibilities : Collect and analyze data using Google Analytics to identify trends and insights related to website and app performance. Develop and implement measurement strategies for tracking user behavior and conversion rates. Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure tracking and reporting requirements are met. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize website and app performance. Provide recommendations for improving user experience and driving conversions based on data analysis. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in analytics and measurement.Required Skills and Qualifications : 7 years of experience in digital analytics. Experience with Google Analytics 4 implementation and reporting. Strong understanding of data visualization and dashboard creation. Understanding of data-driven decision making. Experience with data analysis and interpretation. Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Ability to identify key performance indicators (KPIs).
