We support a variety of development venues including a home-grown order entry tool, ERP software and related integration, a number of business partner integrations as well as with a host of standalone applications. This position is remote to employees in the State of Michigan. KEY MEASURES OF SUCCESS: Have a track record of successful deployments including solid test procedures to produce world class software Meet and overcome challenges and obstacles with optimism and creativity Communicate effectively both to peers as well as user community Collaborate with the development team in utilization of new technologies and tools Energize, motivate, mentor and thrive in a team environment Embrace and promote Agile Scrum project management practices Practice and encourage development best practices within the team DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Possess a team-oriented attitude always striving to meet company, department and individual goals Suggest technology and tools to increase team productivity and skillsets Provide development leadership and training to less experienced members of the team Manage small- to mid-sized projects through all project phases from scope/requirements gathering to implementation Provide development and technical support for the following internal systems/processes: In-house order entry system Microsoft Solomon ERP system Microsoft Solomon Integration and Order Fulfillment process Provide support for all functional areas including Accounting, Sales/Marketing, Distribution Center, Customer Service and Executive Management Assist team to monitor and administer internal systems including: SQL Server databases Business partner integration servers/processes Web integration processes Adhere to development best practices REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent years of relevant experience 5+ years experience developing applications in SQL Server and Microsoft .NET technology Ability to work independently as well as with a team to accomplish development goals Possess strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with Baudville team members at all levels of the organization Must be able to work with confidential records in a professional manner Must be able to prioritize and demonstrate an ability to change priorities when the situation requires Azure Logic Apps experience a plus Azure Cloud platform experience (DevOps/VSTS and application deployment) .NET Core experience is a plus Agile Scrum team experience is a plus Experience with NodeJS or Angular JavaScript framework a plus http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=115475&uid= |
