Company/Location: Zimmer Biomet (Remote) Official Title/Assigned Title:Organization Change Manager Lead-QA/RA Contract Contract (November 22, 2024) Duties: The OCM will work directly with the business to provide change management knowledge and expertise and deliver full end to end change activities with global system implementation. The OCM will work directly with stakeholders and project team to plan, align, manage and deliver the change activities through the full life cycle of global implementation. The OCM will support the delivery of change activities aligned to Zimmer Biomet Change methodology, responsibilities will include stakeholder management, impacts analysis, communications, business readiness and plan and support the training delivery to enable the successful adoption of the new systems, processes, methods of working and behaviors. Additional Duties:- Work closely with a broad group of people to co-create, validate and roll-out of the Kinetic Windchill program. Apply a structured methodology to lead change management activities Leverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative Identify and manage key stakeholders/stakeholder groups Identify key stakeholders and assess their change readiness; manage key stakeholders and stakeholder groups to ensure they are prepared for go-live Support identified teams in managing the change for their areas in relation to the program Create and support team dialogues / other interventions to bring people along on the journey Measure & execute the change adoption for the transformation with business readiness surveys & product the change management impact assessment. Maintain close relationship with project team and Global OCM lead Maintain the change champion network & maintain the stakeholder overview map in addition to discussing interventions needed on frequent base Roll-out and maintain the change management toolbox with different stakeholders Work with the Business process teams to monitor, report progress and identify impacts of the change management team against plan to project management. Take action to mitigate variances Work with the Global Process Owners (GPO) and functional leadership in implementing actions to address gaps in Organizational readiness and transition progress to plan Develop a roadmap and report progress against overall Organizational readiness and transition Support project management and Regional Leadership by obtaining buy in for the process, solution and associated business changes with the appropriate stakeholders e.g. Executive stakeholders and business partners Put the change strategy, communications and training approaches and manage the quality of the change management deliverables, in many circumstances be directly involved in the delivery. Identify and actively manage risks and issues related to all aspects of change management including training, organization transition and stakeholder engagement, adoption risks and resistance, overseeing the resolution process Success the wider business to ensure that the potential impact on structures, roles, responsibilities and competencies with functional areas are identified and aligned with the future model of operation and that all supporting documentation is completed Serve as the ZB voice for change management, working closely with project team/PMO and 3rd part consulting partner on communications, overall change program implementation (training, awareness and adoption) Act as the advocate for change, leading the change effort with and through the GBS Regional Leadership Team and its Stakeholders for the QA/RA Kinetic Windchill deployment. Required Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field Must have experience work on projects in a global environment and have a solid understanding of how people go through a change and a change process. A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in change management, business transformation, organizational development, process improvement or other relevant field delivering successful large scale and complex transformation programs in a global company. Must have experience with and knowledge of change management principles, assisting in contracts workstreams, organizing contracts for sourcing. Must have worked in an Agile framework and understand backlog, sprints, and prioritization as this is a highly visible project with lots of change and several workstreams. Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies (ADKAR model) and tools obtained from big 4 consulting experience and/or formal change management accreditation. Ability to identify and profile impacted and influencer stakeholder groups and determine appropriate fit for purpose and sustainable change strategies for each group. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical matters clearly, concisely, and confidently at all organizational levels and to external impacted stakeholders. This resource will also be presenting to the steering committee as well. Willingness to be flexible on working hours. ***Strong preference of having business experiences in other business functions, like QA/RA, Financial, Procurement, or IT Must be strong OCM lead.
