Analyze the design, development, and delivery or implementation of data solutions, including architecture design, prototyping of concepts to proof of concept, analysis of the development of standards, design, and test plans, code, module design development and testing, data solution debugging, design and implementation of a solution that follows efficient design techniques, and development that meets and exceeds the intent of the design of the data solution. Assist with the planning and engineering of the organization's databases. Monitor performance, scalability, and security and evaluate existing database design to determine the necessary updates and integration requirements of a new design and to ensure final solutions meet organizational needs. You Have: 3+ years of experience with a complex build system 3+ years of experience with installation, maintenance, and administration of Oracle databases 3+ years of experience configuring, integrating, and securing multiple AWS database offerings (ex. RDS, Aurora, Casandra, and Dynamo) 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with the ability to automate database tasks through IaC 2+ years of experience with supporting Linux systems engineering efforts in system design and evaluation, solution engineering, software development, or system administration Experience with Database Schema as Code tools Ability to design and develop complex SQL queries and reports to retrieve required data Experience with database partitioning and microservices Knowledge of Agile methodologies or the software development life cycle (SDLC) Nice If You Have: Experience analyzing and tuning queries to improve performance Experience with Liquibase source control tools Experience with Oracle WebLogic/Forms server 19c/12c Experience with Oracle seeded packages like DBMS_SCHEDULER, UTL_FILE, UTL_SMTP, UTL_MAIL, UTL_TCP and DBMS_STATS.
