[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, Job Title: PMO Lead Location: Hamilton, NJ Essential Skills: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate and lead project meetings, including project kick-offs, status updates, and lessons-learned sessions. Ensure project deliverables are completed to a high standard and within agreed-upon timelines. Manage and mitigate project risks, issues, and scope changes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and sponsors to ensure project goals are aligned with business objectives. Establish and maintain project management best practices, tools, and processes. Monitor and control project costs, resources, and quality. Identify and leverage opportunities for process improvement. Develop and implement communication plans and stakeholder management strategies. Manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and consultants. Desirable Skills: 6+ years of experience in managing projects, preferably in a related industry. Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to satisfaction. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
