Qualifications: Must Haves: - Good tenure on resume - PMP Cert - Have had career path of Project Manager to Program Manager to Portfolio Manager (currently) - Banking Experience Needs someone who has been an IT Portfolio Manager in a technical environment Do not show us anyone from USAA that says Portfolio Manager that did not do it within IT. If they dont have resource forecasting management, financial management capitalization and amortization, ability to build technical roadmaps and partnerships with technical leaders, she doesnt want to look at them What youll need: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business or a related field 6+ years of experience in a problem-solving function Demonstrated problem solving experience with cross-functional teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft applications Ability to work in San Antonio, or travel to San Antonio as needed Knowledge of financial products and services, especially as it relates to various delivery channels preferred. Knowledge of existing bank products, services, and overall operational guidelines. Strong knowledge of business analytical practices and methodologies and process improvement methodologies, e.g., Lean or Six Sigma a plus. Strong research, analytical, planning, and organizational skills. Customer-focused attitude and ability to work proactively and efficiently.
