Position: AI/ Machine Learning Architect Location: REMOTE (Travel to Pheonix AZ for Meetings) Duration: 6+ Months JOB DESCRIPTION: Leadership: Develop and Lead a team of ML Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Platform administrators in collaboration with Data Scientists to test and scale algorithms and industrialize solutions. Ensure team delivers on time by defining clear architectural strategies and principles, maintaining a roadmap for execution, and actively secure its implementation through the scrum process. Architecture: Influence, develop, and sustain large-scale analytics architecture required for ML projects. Establish software architecture and software design patterns to write scalable, maintainable, well-designed code. Research and evaluate tools in Parallel Compute, Edge AI, Data Science Model Training, and Service Oriented Model Inference aligning with Enterprise solution and security strategies, including recommending and testing annual upgrade paths for existing frameworks. Agile Project Work: Work in cross-functional agile teams of highly skilled software/machine learning engineers, data scientists, DevOps engineers, designers, product managers, technical delivery teams, and others to continuously innovate AI and MLOps solutions. Team Development/Coaching: Act as a positive coach/mentor for broader organization to develop stronger understanding of software architecture and software design patterns that create scalable, maintainable, well-designed analytics solutions.
