Please have a look and let me know if you have any suitable candidates Position : Mulesoft Integration Platform Lead/Senior Developer location : 100 % remote Interview mode : Video call on teams Work authorization : Any visa is fine Required years of experience : at least 8 years needed Notes: can provide senior candidates if Lead is not available in market. **Responsibilities:** 1. **Lead the System Integration Platform Team:** Lead and oversee the activities of the System Integration platform team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategies. 2. **Evolve System Integration Platform Governance:** Develop and evolve governance frameworks for the System Integration platform, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices. 3. **Manage System Integration Platform and Use Case Demands:** Coordinate and prioritize system integration platform demands and use cases, ensuring timely delivery and resource optimization. 4. **Onboard and Guide System Integration Use Case Teams:** Provide guidance and support to use case teams as they onboard to the System Integration platform, ensuring smooth integration and effective utilization. 5. **Assess New Use Case Designs:** Participate in the assessment of new use case designs, evaluating their compliance with platform governance and recommending enhancements where necessary. 6. **Guide Platform Team on Enhancements:** Provide guidance and support to the platform team on enhancements to the System Integration platform and use cases, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation. 7. **Manage Platform Support, Maintenance, and Deployment:** Oversee the support, maintenance, and deployment processes for the System Integration platform and use cases, ensuring reliability and efficiency. 8. **Mentor Team on Pharma R&D Domain and Processes:** Mentor the team on the Otsuka Pharma R&D domain, GxP, CSV, ITIL, Agile, and DevOps processes, fostering professional growth and expertise. 9. **Present Industry Trends and Best Practices:** Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices in System Integration, and present relevant insights to Otsuka stakeholders. **Qualifications:** - At least 8 years of intensive hands-on experience in System Integration design, development, support, and maintenance using the System Integration suite of tools. - Experience establishing standardized processes and procedures to manage System Integration. - Strong understanding of the System Integration and Microservices Lifecycle. - Experience managing System Integration stakeholder identification, requirements, and thresholds. - Experience in establishing and supporting Platform Governance for System Integration tools (preferably MuleSoft iPaaS modules). - Experience working in the Life Science Pharma R&D domain, GxP, CSV processes, and documentation. - Experience writing Technical Documentation in compliance with GDP. - Experience working in ITIL, Agile, and DevOps frameworks (preferably ServiceNow and Azure DevOps). - Experience mentoring a small to mid-size team. - Excellent listening, critical thinking, and analytical skills. - Certification in Cloud and System Integration (any specialization).
