Here is the JD Job Title : Dynatrace Administrator Job Location : Remote, India Position : Full Time Job Summary: As a Dynatrace Administrator, you will play a crucial role in configuring, fine-tuning and maintaining Dynatrace solutions, as well as implementing best practices for monitoring across diverse applications and environments Responsibilities: Administer and maintain Dynatrace monitoring solutions to ensure optimal performance and availability. Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Dynatrace monitoring solutions across the organization. Develop and execute strategies for capacity planning, performance optimization, and proactive issue resolution. Configure, deploy, and maintain Dynatrace monitoring solutions to ensure optimal performance of applications and infrastructure. Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to understand performance monitoring, gather requirements, and ensure comprehensive coverage of monitoring requirements is implemented tailored to business needs. Implement best practices for Dynatrace monitoring, alerting, and reporting to support a proactive approach to system health. Qualifications: 10+ years in the IT industry with at least 5+ years experience working in Dynatrace Administration. Hands-on experience with Dynatrace and Splunk and good knowledge of any other monitoring tools. Proven experience as a Dynatrace Administrator in enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of Dynatrace features, configurations, and troubleshooting techniques. Experience with the integration of Dynatrace with other monitoring tools. Knowledge of application performance tuning and optimization. Experience in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Other monitoring tools, etc. flexible with working hours based on the service requirement. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks. Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior team members.
