They can come from many different backgrounds, but they do need to have an analytical mindset, great communication skills, and prior experience in something comparable to security (network engineering, network operations, network segmentation, security operations, systems analyst). This person will be pulled into supporting the following functions but will not be expected to have experience with all. Responsibilities: Liaise with cross-functional teams at manufacturing sites to ensure that cyber risk remediation solutions address vulnerabilities and align with global architecture standards Work closely with other regional architects to ensure consistent application of architecture principles across each region Ensure that solution architectures and designs are appropriately robust and address business, application, information and infrastructure architectural requirements Provide technical & IT expertise support to Project Secure and conduct architectural reviews throughout project lifecycle Work with third party suppliers as required and contributes to the creation of functional design documents Work with third party suppliers to verify technical development and delivery are in adherence with the Architecture Roadmap Document all architecture analysis and design work Ability to engage with cross-functional teams and simplify technical IT terms when interacting with colleagues Qualifications: Comfortable interacting with the client on technical issues Comfortable interviewing site technical resources to understand their systems and architecture General proficiency with computer network concepts o Network Segments / Subnets / VLANs o Firewalls (function) o Network routing (basic understanding) o Network protocols and ports General understanding of cybersecurity concepts and best practices o Least privilege o Zero trust General understanding of Enterprise Application Architecture o Server types and roles (web, DB, Windows, Linux, ect) o 2-Tier / 3-Tier architecture o Application integrations, dependencies General understanding of Microsoft Active Directory o Computer/User membership o Authentication Communication skills role requires frequent meetings, remote workshops, e-mails with client SMEs and system owners Preferred Qualifications: Experience/Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT), manufacturing automation, connected factory Experience with IoT Deeper understand of computer network concepts o Routing configuration, /L3 boundaries, switch and router types o Experience with Firewall ACLs/Rules, configurating or auditing Experience with Cybersecurity tools such as penetration testing, automated vulnerability scanning Deeper understanding of Active Directory o Directory synchronization o One-way and Two-way trusts o Authentication Application Authentication methods/technologies o Integrated Windows Authentication o Single Sign-On (SAML, OAuth) Thanks and Regards Manish Kumar Sr. Technical Recruiter Cloud Space LLC Desk: 980 276 2241 EXT:1034 Email: [email protected] Linkedin: (1) Manish chaudhary | LinkedIn Website: www.cloudspacetek.com Address : 1909 J N, Pease Place, Suite 201, Charlotte, NC 28262 -- Keywords: database information technology North Carolina http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1162865&uid= |
