IT CONSULTANT 2 Hybrid Position Columbus, OH Job Description Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (ODRC) needs an expert level network architect who has extensive experience and knowledge in HPE Aruba Clearpass and Wireless solutions. The network architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining large-scale Aruba controller based wireless networks for the ODRC. The position will be involved in providing technical support, documentation, and training to the network team and the end users. Qualifications 4 year Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 7+ years of experience working in networking, with at least 5 years of experience in Aruba Clearpass and Wireless solutions. Expertise in Aruba controller based wireless solutions, including ArubaOS, Aruba Central, Aruba Airwave, Aruba Activate, and Aruba Instant. Expertise in Aruba Clearpass solutions, including Clearpass Policy Manager, Clearpass Guest, Clearpass Onboard, Clearpass OnGuard, and Clearpass Exchange. Expertise in network protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, RADIUS, 802.1X, EAP, WPA, WPA2, WPA3, NAC, VPN, and firewall. Expertise in network troubleshooting tools and methods, such as Wireshark, ping, traceroute, iperf, and Aruba utilities. Aruba Certified Mobility Expert (ACMX) and Aruba Certified Clearpass Expert (ACCX) certifications are highly preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
