UX Design Able to conceptualize complex software interactions and simplify the user experience 2. Visual/UI Ability to create visual engaging UIs within the construct of the design system 3. UX Research Ability to create research designs, questions, and conduct interviews to solicit user needs or get validations on ideas 4. Prototyping Able to quickly create user flows that capture the expected user experience in a simplified manner 5. Articulation of their thinking through presentations 4. What are the NICE TO HAVE technologies you wouldnt mind seeing on a candidates resume 1. React development 2.
