Perform feature validation, interoperability testing, and field evaluation to get product acceptance. Role and Responsibilities: Perform complex system verification, and change execution of Samsung 4G and 5G RAN Equipment including virtual EMS, ORAN and vRAN. Perform system-level feature integration and test. Develop and perform test plans as well as troubleshoot and analyze problems in customer's lab and production systems. Manage and enhance automation tools, and customer lab support. Aid in product and feature performance analysis, evaluation of new products and SW releases. Ensure that customer commitments are achieved according to the project plan. Work with team members to prepare test plans/cases and execute them to validate RAN CP/OAM functionality. Interface proactively with Product/Technology Engineers to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Ensures that customer commitments are achieved according to plan.
