Design and architect Genesys solutions tailored to meet client needs, including integration with RabbitMQ messaging systems. Implement, configure, and customize Genesys components such as PureEngage, PureConnect, or PureCloud to achieve desired functionality. Develop and deploy custom applications, connectors, and integrations to extend the capabilities of Genesys platforms. Integrate Genesys solutions with Cloud IaaS platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams during implementation, testing, and deployment phases. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Genesys configurations, RabbitMQ messaging, and Cloud IaaS infrastructure. Conduct performance tuning, optimization, and monitoring of Genesys solutions to ensure optimal performance and resource utilization. Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures, and provide training to client teams as needed.
