Customers are F500 companies and all projects are 3-5 years duration

Really likes samples of work on Github, Kaggle, etc. if possible

Manager really wants someone in it for the long hall, learn and grow with the co.

What they will be working on  New Development for the whole software system (the interface for the customers). The customers heavily interact with data they pull. Adding features, tweaking it per customers request.
