Participate in product reviews and team meetings. Participate in industry learning so you can understand the impact of your code and its relevance. We will be a good mutual fit if you: Love brainstorming with fellow engineers, product designers, product managers, and do not shy away from full stack work. Strive to embrace best practices and are always searching for opportunities to continually improve. Look for opportunities to automate what you can when you can. Are willing to become an expert at how to build applications with an Object-Oriented language. We work with Java primarily, so a working knowledge of coding in Java OR ability to learn it. REQUIRED. Having a working knowledge of database concepts and some knowledge of SQL along with other non-relational data stores is required. We use AWS extensively. A working knowledge of working with AWS will vault you to the top of the list but is not required. Other information - please read this section before you apply. You do not need a college degree to apply for this job. You must have 5 to 7 years of experience developing on a CRM platform like Salesforce (Apex, LWC and API).
