Previous experience must include some type of similar project launch that includes following up with hyper care support for the users. This will be dealing with a training team, support teams and development engineers. Manages all aspects of large, complex enterprise-wide software and infrastructure deployments with follow up support to departments. Skills Needed: PM for a large company and a part of a big product launch with many inhouse users. Would be nice to have worked on Training projects. Have worked on organizational change projects. ServiceNow experience, that is what the client uses for support tickets PMP is a plus but not required.
